The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is a global organization focusing on the education and communication of the latest trends in the hospitality industry. Consisting of sales, marketing and revenue management professionals, it allows for a networking forum to cultivate relationships among both members and customers of all disciplines.
